International Shipping:
We are excited to offer international shipping for our global customers!
Shipping Duration & Charges:
Shipping fee and delivery time to vary between 15-45 days or more for remote destinations (depends upon destination country) during International delivery. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Any additional fees (e.g., customs duties or import taxes) will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs and Import Duties:
All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Roology by Arushi Roopchandani is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts:
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or multiple failed attempts by the courier, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:
Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:
Standard Shipping orders are delivered in 7-14 working daysÂ
Express Shipping(coming soon) orders are delivered in 2 – 5 working days and are ₹600 (subject to availability)

Shipping Time
For standard shipping, most orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Service Delays
Roology by Arushi Roopchandani is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
Custom Fees
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– Roology by Arushi Roopchandani is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.Â
Failed Delivery
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees – Roology by Arushi Roopchandani does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.Â
Return and Exchange Policy (Domestic and International)
– All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued in cash or currency.
– Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
– Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of INR 500 (Domestic) and for International it varies based on destination from where package is being returned, which will be deducted from the store credit upon approval.
– Store credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
– All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with the original return tags attached.
– Non-returnable items include those with makeup stains, any scent (e.g., perfume), customized orders, sale items, gift cards, store credits, and accessories.
– All orders placed during sales are final. Items purchased during a final sale, archive sale, end-of-season sale, or any other markdown on the website are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Only authorized returns will be processed. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer must arrange for the collection of their items.
– Refunds will only be provided for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Processing Times:
If a customer requests a refund (in forms of credits) for a purchase made using the Stripe payment gateway, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business weeks.
For purchases made using PhonePe/Razorpay, the refund (in forms of credits) will be initiated within 7-14 business days.
